Customer Information

Parts & Refund Policy

Information about service fees, replacement parts, deposits and refunds for your appliance repair.

Service and Diagnostic Fees

Service-call and diagnostic fees are non-refundable once the service visit or diagnostic service has been provided. Completed service calls, diagnostic services and labour already performed are non-refundable.

These fees compensate Tiger Appliance Repair for technician travel, time, inspection and diagnostic services already provided.

If you approve the repair and Tiger Appliance Repair completes it, the service-call fee is included in the total repair price according to our Service Call & Diagnostic Policy. You won’t pay a separate service-call fee. Applying the fee toward the repair price does not refund the original service-call or diagnostic fee or make it refundable.

Parts

Parts ordered specifically for a customer’s appliance may be non-refundable once the order has been placed.

If an unused part is accepted for return by the supplier, any restocking fees, shipping costs, handling charges, or other related expenses may be deducted from the refund.

New parts may be covered by the manufacturer’s or supplier’s warranty, subject to their individual terms and conditions.

Used, pre-owned, refurbished, salvaged, or customer-supplied parts are not covered by any warranty from Tiger Appliance Repair unless otherwise confirmed in writing. Tiger Appliance Repair does not guarantee the condition, lifespan, reliability, or future performance of any used part.

Installed or used parts are generally non-returnable unless the supplier accepts the return or applicable law requires otherwise.

Deposits

A deposit is required before Tiger Appliance Repair orders any part for a customer.

Once a special-order part has been ordered, the deposit becomes non-refundable.

If the customer cancels the repair after the part has been ordered, the deposit will not be refunded and may be applied toward the cost of the ordered part, shipping, restocking fees, or other related expenses.

Cancelled Repairs

If a customer approves a repair and parts are subsequently ordered, cancellation of the repair does not necessarily entitle the customer to a refund of costs already incurred.
